What Are Chakras?
Chakras are energy centres in our body. There are seven located along the spine: Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Brow, and Crown. Each chakra is associated with our organs, endocrine and nervous system and vibrates at a specific colour frequency, glowing like a rainbow within us. 🌈
Some believe chakras to be religious symbols. But the truth is, they don’t belong to any particular religion. Yogis define Chakras as centres of spiritual consciousness. Psychologists use Chakras to map the development of human personality. A clairvoyant sees Chakras as vortices of energy. All are true.
