In this modern world, it is so easy to be distracted by technologies or get too busy with multiple tasks and travelling. These can all contribute to a low energy root chakra. When I was doing the chakra readings at the IRIS event in March and by appointment, I found that there are quite a lot of people who have blocked first energy centre – root chakra; therefore experiencing anger, lack of focus, restlessness, insecurity or eating disorders. The Root Chakra is the most physical of our chakras. When our root chakra is open and balanced, we feel stable and able to take on life’s challenges with clear focus and a sense of purpose. In this blog I'd like to share some tips on healing the root chakra. 

As women, we often complain of the injustices that befall our gender. As much as I believe women are being put down one way or the other by Society, I cannot also deny that often we are "down" because we allow ourselves to be and worst, we decide to remain down.
