RETURN POLICY

Jewelry purchased and shipped within Hong Kong and on flojewellery.com or at a retailer that are in need of replacement due to a manufacturer defect is covered under our policy for one year from the date of purchase.

 

 

 

Your jewellery was created with the utmost love and care. Before submitting a return request, please review the cleaning and care instructions here. We require that you confirm you have followed these guidelines before submitting your request. We encourage you to use a polishing cloth to effectively clean your jewellery.

 

 

 

Return Instructions

 

 

STEP 1:

 

 

Include a photo front and back of the item/s and attach the photo along with your email response. (It is required that photos be included in your response. Failure to do so will result in a delay in processing your request.)

 

 

FLO JEWELLERY will exchange your jewelry with the same product when available. If the same product is not available, a virtual e-gift card will be issued to be used on flojewellery.com for the purchase price of the item.

 

 

WE WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION FOR EACH ITEM:

  • Name of item (Ex: Heart Chakra Classic Necklace)
  • Reason
  • Finish (Ex: Rose gold or Silver)
  • Qty
  • *Replacement (e-gift card will be issued if same product is not available)

 

 

*Please note: a replacement or gift card will be processed if your return request is approved. Processing of replacements or egift cards is dependent upon the receipt of the returned item back to our warehouse. 

 

 

 

STEP 2:

 

We require all details below to proceed with reviewing your request: 

  • Name
  • Street Address
  • City
  • State
  • Zip/Postal Code
  • Country (please note all requests outside of Hong Kong will be handled provided an E-Gift card)
  • Best contact phone number
  • Email Address
  • Purchase Date & Location (must be within 1 year of purchase)
  • If purchased as a gift or at an authorized retailer/wholesaler, please provide all known information, store name and purchase/receipt date
STEP 3:

 

 

 

Send all information noted in Step 1 and 2 to cs@flojewellery.com. Failure to provide all necessary information may result in a delay in researching your request. 

 

 

* Only authorized items may be returned. Receipt of non-authorized items will be forfeited. 

 

 

* Submission of this request does not guarantee replacement/egift card.
